Vermicomposting
1 half day of theory and a visit to one or more systems on our project.
This training is for anyone who has questions, wants to exchange ideas before embarking on this adventure, wants to explore this type of system, or has doubts or further questions about the advantages and disadvantages.
Composting toilets offer major ecological advantages. Dry toilets require no water consumption (except for cleaning), and worm toilets simply feed the worms, providing a rich liquid for plants—a valuable fertilizer. Furthermore, the elimination of sewer connections is a significant financial benefit. If you’re considering this option, you’ve already taken the first step. These toilets transform waste into rich compost, reduce the load on septic tanks, and are odorless if properly maintained.

During this workshop, we will exchange theory, discuss questions raised in the group, and do all of this with practical exercises and a complete tour of the differents types of toilets available. We will also talk about mistakes to avoid and everything you need to consider before embarking on this adventure.
